Step through our gated entry of Della Santina's and follow the brick walkway that transports you to our own piece of Tuscany, just off the historic Sonoma Square, in the heart of Wine Country. Founded in 1990 by Quirico (Dan) and Shirley Della Santina, the Trattoria is family owned and operated featuring traditional Tuscan soul food inspired by Dan’s mother, Pia Della Santina and mother-in-law, Clary Barsotti. The seasonal menu features handmade pastas, rotisserie meats, daily fresh seafood, as well as salads and sides that celebrate the bounty of the region.
Today, the Trattoria is still owned by Dan and Shirley, who bring heritage, authentic recipes and talent; and by the second generation, Rob Della Santina, who has grown up in the business and is carrying on the family tradition along with his wife, Nicole. Rob’s passion for wine is evident in the extensive wine list offered at the restaurant and is also available for purchase next door at Enoteca Della Santina.
